We consider your requirements and objectives and examine your loan supporting documentation so that we can make a preliminary assessment.

Your options

We will provide you, for your consideration/acceptance, a credit proposal that includes all known information, including fees and commissions, about the proposed credit contract.

Step 4
Lender application

We prepare a credit application to the lender that includes all relevant supporting documentation you have provided to us. Valuation of your property is instructed and lender will seek your credit report for all borrowers and guarantors.

Step 5
Unconditional approval & mortgage documents

This is an exciting stage and you credit application has been unconditionally approved and mortgage documents become available for you to sign. We believe in segregation of duty and we always recommend you refer the mortgage documents to your legal/financial advisor.

Step 6
Settlement & beyond

Your loan settles and we remain readily available to assist you.
We seek to ensure you are totally satisfied client to the point that you become a referrer of our services.
