Before approaching Zoran, we were amazed and disappointed to find that the banks, who we had 50+ year relationships with, were unable to provide us competitive loans. The banking and loan environment has become very complex with much greater government regulation and restriction in the post-GFC world. The result was that the loans we negotiated for ourselves were sub-optimal.
